Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Altis Group of Companies LLC (Baksol area 1, Binagadi district, Baku AZ1054, Azerbaijan). Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
What data we collect
When you fill in the request form we receive only the information you enter yourself:
- your name;
- phone number;
- e-mail address and company name (optional);
- the topic and text of your request.
We collect nothing that identifies you while you simply browse the site. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security purposes.
How we use it
We use the data only to answer your request, prepare a quotation and contact you about your order. We do not sell it, do not pass it to third parties for advertising and do not send you newsletters you did not ask for.
Legal basis
By sending the form you consent to your data being processed for this purpose. Processing follows the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”.
Storage and transfer
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA); form requests are stored there and forwarded to our staff by e-mail. We keep the data for as long as the request and any resulting cooperation require, and then delete it.
Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The YouTube video on the home page loads from youtube-nocookie.com only after you start it; from then on Google’s privacy terms apply.
Your rights
You may see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to [email protected].
Security
The site works only over encrypted HTTPS, and only authorised staff can read the requests.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update.
